This is where Z-Pick differs from typical sourcing agents. We provide full after-sales support on the China side — communicating with suppliers, arranging replacements or refunds, and resolving issues quickly. We don’t disappear after shipment.

2. ② Direct Factory Sourcing (your own selections & custom production, from $1,500): the factory quotes you directly and you pay the factory directly — no markup, no hidden kickbacks. Our transparent service commission is agreed per project before we start.

Both ways include 100% pre-shipment inspection with photos, consolidation and 30 days’ free storage in our Guangzhou warehouse. Freight is quoted separately at cost — use our forwarder’s LCL rate or your own forwarder.

Every Z-Pick client gets two things from day one:

1. A dedicated WhatsApp group — you and Yumi (plus our QC/logistics support). For wholesale orders the group stays between us; for factory-direct sourcing, the factory can join with your permission, so every quote and update stays transparent.
2. An online order tracking sheet — updated at every stage: deposit received, sample approved, materials in, production started, mid-production check, pre-shipment QC, container loading, and documents ready.

At key stages you receive photo evidence: production-line photos, mid-inspection photos, pre-shipment QC photos, and loading photos. No more “trust me, it’s on the way.”

We strongly recommend samples before bulk orders — they are the cheapest insurance in sourcing. Our policy is simple and fair:

• Same price as bulk: samples are charged at the same unit price as your bulk order — no sample markup, unlike the market.
• International courier at cost: you pay the actual express freight — small parcels travel by courier, not slow sea freight. We never mark up shipping.
• One consolidated parcel: samples from different factories are collected at our Guangzhou warehouse and shipped together.
• Factory-direct sampling: coordinating samples across up to 5 factories is included; larger sampling runs are quoted per project.

Typical sample lead time is 7–15 working days depending on product type.

Yes. We coordinate with qualified third-party laboratories and certification bodies for:

• EAC declaration/certificate for Russia and the EAEU market (Kazakhstan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia)
• GCC conformity for Gulf countries (UAE, Saudi, Qatar, Kuwait, etc.)
• Halal certificate where required
• Food-contact material test reports for kitchenware and beauty tools
• Other product-safety tests (CE, REACH, LFGB) on request

We share the factory’s existing test reports and connect you with qualified labs for any new tests. Please note: destination-market registration (such as SFDA, SABER, Montaji or EAC) must be held by the importer in your country — that is the importer’s legal role. Send us your product details and we’ll explain exactly which documents the factory can provide.

We work under EXW, FOB, and CIF terms. We do not offer DDP — we do not advance import duties or take on destination clearance risk, which is how some agents inflate prices. We can recommend the best channel based on your volume and lead time:

• Russia & EAEU: sea freight, railway freight, air freight
• Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan): railway priority for LCL cargo; truck freight; air for urgent shipments
• Middle East (UAE, Saudi, Qatar, Kuwait): sea freight (full container and LCL), air freight
• Egypt & Turkey: sea and air solutions
• Consolidation: we collect goods from multiple suppliers at our China warehouse, repack and reinforce, then ship in one consignment — 30 days free storage
• Freight at cost: we can share our forwarder’s LCL/FCL rate to your port for reference, or you can use your own forwarder — freight is billed at actual carrier rates, never marked up

Import duty and local clearance are charged at actual destination rates; we provide reference data based on your HS code.
